Come share the fun of gourmet raw vegan cuisine and discover the magic of creating delicious gluten-free, dairy-free recipes designed for optimum health and rejuvenation. In this workshop, Master Raw Food Chef Cherie Soria and culinary programs manager Martine Lussier will open a whole new world of fabulous cuisine for your enjoyment—from appetizers to desserts, and everything in between. You’ll savor wonderful dishes and learn essential basics for preparing delicious raw food meals and planning simple menus at home.
This is the first step on an amazing culinary adventure that promises to be life transforming for anyone interested in adding more great tasting raw living foods to their diet. And FUNdamentals is the first class in our Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Training Certification, so successful completion of this course allows you to continue on with the rest of the Chef Training series.
During this introductory workshop, students will see seventeen superb culinary presentations showing how to create a wide variety of delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes!

This class is avocational. Students who subsequently choose to enroll in culinary certification courses at the Living Light Center in Fort Bragg may request to have their successful attendance of this class applied toward their prerequisite for future classes. This course is one of the required courses for Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Training Certification™ series, Advanced Raw Culinary Arts Instructor Certification™ series, Gourmet Raw Food Chef Certification™ series, and Raw Culinary Arts Professional Chef Certification™ series.
This class is observation only. No hands-on workshops.
A full buffet lunch of organic raw vegan foods will be provided as well as samples of most of the foods prepared. Tuition includes all course materials with the exception of the required text, Angel Foods by Cherie Soria.
