2 avocados, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup evaporated cane juice
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan crystal salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1 pint strawberries, thinly sliced (or berries of choice)
2 bananas, sliced
1. Place the avocados, evaporated cane juice, cacao powder, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor outfitted with the “S” blade, and process until completely smooth.
2. Alternate layers of Chocolate Mousse, sliced strawberries, and sliced bananas until glasses are filled to the top.
