I love sharing the merits of a high-raw lifestyle with others. When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me outdoors with my dogs, Ruby and Radar, or traveling! Now that I've retired from the 'airline biz' and graduated from Living Light, I will venture into raw food workshops.
