A vegan crab cake? Sounds like an oxymoron, but Living Light Culinary Arts Institute Director, Cherie Soria, author of Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies and The Raw Food Revolution Diet entered her wonderful Vegan Bay "Crab" Cakes with Creamy Dill Sauce recipe in the 9th Annual Crab Cake Cook Off in Fort Bragg last year and received accolades from vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike! Cherie will demonstrate how to make these delectable morsels. Samples will be served.
