Raw Culinary Arts
Professional Chef Certification

The Raw Culinary Arts Professional Chef Certification™ is awarded to individuals who demonstrate creativity and expertise and who develop experience in every aspect of raw culinary arts, including kitchen management, food design, recipe and menu development, large event catering, pastry arts, and raw nutritional science. Students must have completed the Gourmet Raw Food Chef Certification Series, and are also required to complete all courses of study, including New Holiday Traditions, internships, externships, and coursework, followed by a comprehensive written and practical examination. Many students repeat the Associate Chef and Instructor Training as part of their internship program. Internships are designed for each candidate and are available to graduates of the Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Certification.
