At the Living Light Center, we continue to bring you the best programs and to bring you even more great training and information in 2009. Starting in July, FUNdamentals will be a one-day class only. And there are three new Knife Skills classes added to the schedule: Basic Knife Skills 101, Knife Skills 102, and Precision Knife Skills and Decorative Cuts 201. All classes are held at our location in northern California unless otherwise noted. Tuition includes most organic raw vegan meals. Please view our policy on registration and cancellation.

The Science of Raw Food Nutrition is not part of the Chef Training Series but highly recommended for all Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef & Instructor students.
