The staff at Living Light brings our FUNdamentals of Raw Living Foods class to you! Come share the fun of raw food while you discover the magic of creating delicious raw living foods for optimum health and rejuvenation. Instructors have been certified by master raw vegan chef Cherie Soria to teach FUNdamentals of Raw Living Foods in your area. This workshop will open a door for you to a whole new world of fabulous cuisine from appetizers to desserts-all uncooked. The instructors are Martine Lussier, Alicia Ojeda, and Brenda Hinton. You'll eat these wonderful foods plus learn basic to gourmet live food preparation and how to plan menus that go together in a flash.
This is the first step on an amazing culinary adventure that promises to be life transforming for anyone interested in adding more great tasting raw living foods to their diet. And FUNdamentals is the first class in our Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Training Certification, so successful completion of this course allows you to continue on with the rest of the Chef Training series.
During this introductory workshop, students will attend superb culinary presentations showing how to create a wide variety of delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes!

Various locations around the country and at the Living Light Center in Fort Bragg, CA.
Length of Class
One-day basic course.
Prerequisite
None. This course is a prerequisite for Essentials of Raw Living Foods™ and Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Training™ courses. This course is one of the required courses for Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Training Certification™ series, Advanced Raw Culinary Arts Instructor Certification™ series, Gourmet Raw Food Chef Certification™ series, and Raw Culinary Arts Professional Chef Certification™ series.
Additional Information
This class is observation only. No hands-on workshops.
A full buffet lunch of organic raw vegan foods will be provided as well as samples of most of the foods prepared. Tuition includes all course materials with the exception of the required text, Angel Foods by Cherie Soria.
Books may be purchased there upon your arrival, or you may purchase them online ahead of your class date.
