This five-course Associate Chef certification is the foundation for all of our culinary programs. During the Associate Chef and Instructor program, we provide a supportive environment for students to learn all about raw food preparation from A to Z. This program helps students develop confidence in basic chef skills, including flavor balancing and recipe development. This certification program is also included as part of each of our advanced culinary packages.

In this career-focused program, you’ll discover practical tips and tools for becoming a raw food teacher whose services are in-demand to the growing audience of raw food enthusiasts. You will also learn how to market your classes using a number of different skills to make you successful.

The package is comprised of the prerequisite Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor Training Certification™ plus courses in Essential Oils and Pastry Arts. Discover the secret of making exquisite dairy- and gluten-free raw vegan desserts that taste even better than famous cooked desserts. This package is offered four times a year and is for the student who wants to learn both gourmet raw vegan savory and sweet cuisine.

Rick and Karin Dina, D.C. to offer a comprehensive series of classes on the science of raw food nutrition. This package is highly recommended for health educators and raw food chefs who plan to teach the benefits of raw and living foods with scientific-based knowledge and confidence.
