Austin- it’s a town that has some amazing attributes – famous for music, including the well-known TV show, Austin City Limits and the nearby fantastic Kerrville Folk Festival, not to mention the uber-hip South by Southwest. It’s a cool place, with a good University, lots of healthy food awareness – it’s one of those “feel good towns.” It’s even the place where Whole Foods got its start. (One of our favorite star raw food chefs Chad Sarno plays an important role at Whole Foods these days, too.) Even now our esteemed culinary programs manager, Martine Lussier is winging her way to that fair city to team up for a FUNdamentals on the Road class with the talented Alicia Ojeda. It’s such a great opportunity to learn from two talented Living Light chefs, and take the first step on your culinary journey with our teachers. The class takes place this coming Saturday, October 15, so there are still a few more days to sign up. Don’t wait – the clock is ticking! Call Mary Elizabeth or Hilloah in enrollment ASAP, or sign up online. Don’t you want to learn how to transform fresh, ripe, raw, and succulent fruits and vegetables into extraordinary gourmet raw cuisine? There’s no limit to what you can learn!
